Maddie Mazzella, Miss Chicago's Outstanding Teen is now Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen and will represent the state at the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant in Orlando, FL.
Maddie also also won The Overall Talent Award and the Social Media Brand Ambassador Award.
