Maddie Looked Beautiful for Miss America's Outstanding Teen!

2017 Miss Chicago's Outstanding Teen & 2017 Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen, Maddie Mazzella did an amazing job representing Chicago and the State of Illinois at Miss America's Outstanding Teen. She was a finalist for a Teens in Action Scholarship in recognition of the work she's done to promote her platform organization, the Ronald McDonald House.
