Miss Chicago's Outstanding Teen Imani Muse made history by becoming the FIRST African American to win Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen. Imani will go on to represent Illinois at the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Competition in Orlando, FL. This marks the third Chicago win in a row for the State Teen Title.
