Miss Chicago's Teen 2023, Sharron Kagan, was second runner up! She was also awarded the Top Score in Performance/HERStory (Talent), and was voted Miss Congeniality!
Miss Gold Coast's Teen 2023, Lily Troyan, won the Non-Finalist Community Service Initiative Award!

Miss Chicago 2023-Elise O'Connell, Miss Cook County 2023-Madelyn Steurer, and Miss Windy City 2023-Imani P. Muse were all selected for Top 11!
Miss Chicago 2023-Elise O'Connell, won the Preliminary Performance/HERStory (Talent) in the Omega Group, the Miss Illinois Vocalist Award, and Carolyn Paulus Talent Award! She was also awarded 3rd Runner-Up to the state crown!
Miss Windy City 2023-Imani P. Muse, was awarded the Preliminary Community Service Initiative Award in Alpha Group!
